Donors build the bridge!

Vermont is facing a mental health access crisis — and together, we can change that.

The Bridge to Care Fund is a community-driven response to a growing problem: too many Vermonters cannot afford the counseling they need, and too many early-career counselors are struggling to sustain their work. We are stepping in to build a system of mutual support, but we cannot do it alone.

To launch this initiative and maintain it long-term, we have a big goal — and we’re being honest about it. We need bold generosity and community commitment to get this project off the ground and ensure that mental health care remains within reach for every Vermonter who needs it.

Every contribution truly makes a difference.
You can help in the way that feels right for you:

Ways to Give

  • One-Time Donations — every dollar directly expands access to care
  • Monthly Sustaining Gifts — reliable support that helps us plan ahead
  • Major Gifts — transformational contributions that accelerate statewide impact
  • Legacy Giving — include the Bridge to Care Fund as a beneficiary in your will, trust, or estate plans
  • Honor & Memorial Gifts — give in recognition of someone who touched your life
  • Employer & Workplace Giving — payroll deductions, employer match programs, and corporate sponsorships
  • Community Fundraisers — host an event, birthday fundraiser, or giving challenge
  • Stock, Donor-Advised Fund, and IRA Contributions — alternative giving options that may offer tax benefits

Your donation is more than a gift — it’s a bridge.

It connects a Vermonter to care they might not otherwise receive.
It strengthens the counselors who are training to serve our communities.
It helps build a more resilient and compassionate Vermont for all of us.

Thank you for believing that care should be accessible — and for taking action to make it possible.

Together, we can make care possible.
